The stay here was fabulous, liked the hotel, it was fairly clean with excellent and exceptionally nice location next to Chattanooga and restaurants and Cleveland, TN. The king room was well-kept, comfortable bed;)))

The room with double beds. A shower, a hairdryer and bath robes were available there. The location was excellent, near a lot of restaurants, convenient to go everywhere...

I loved that the hotel had a clean room with friendly staff. I was just a few steps away from great coffee and delicious dining options.

Friendly Staff, But Room for Improvement

The staff greeted us warmly, but the experience missed the mark. The noisy location near the stairs was a concern, and the bathroom had issues. Parking was tight too. On the plus side, the nearby eateries were a pleasant surprise-definitely try the local diner for breakfast! Consider asking for a room away from the entrance.

Bad experience all around

Stayed here for a month and it was a mess. Wifi was down for a week, room never cleaned, and I ended up doing laundry myself. Plus, they tried to pull a fast one with my points. Breakfast was decent, but it didn't make up for all the hassle. Just didn't feel like I got my money's worth at all.

Would recommend for strolling

Comfortable beds, convenient location, the free Wi-Fi was helpful for planning our day while the on-site breakfast provided a decent start to our morning with a few choices available.

Excellent place with free wi-fi, a 24-hour reception, and a great breakfast. The staff even helped return my forgotten belongings during my first stay. I'm coming back for Easter!

I stayed for two nights in a King Room Non-Smoking. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is free Wi-Fi and parking. The staff was friendly and helpful. A good stay 😊

The room felt very outdated and had a persistent unpleasant smell once the initial cleaner scent faded. The old carpet made me reluctant to walk barefoot, and there were clear stains on the bedspread. The breakfast included cereals that were decent and convenient. The overall atmosphere was uninviting, especially with many guests lingering outside, less comfortable.

I loved the spacious, clean room with no dust, and the nice comfy bed made for a refreshing sleep. The location is perfect for a quick stop, with a Cracker Barrel next door and easy access to shopping. Plus, who doesn't love waffles for breakfast?

This place was great, we had an awesome time here. It's a cozy spot that's super close to a bunch of restaurants 🍽️. Our room was tucked away in a quiet area right next to Chattanooga, TN, and only a 10-minute drive from Tinsley Park.

The hotel is not only fairly clean but modern in every way. The staff is very very helpful and nice towards all guests. It's secluded but close to all places, nature, Chattanooga, TN, and restaurants. Econo Lodge Cleveland is the venue of choice in Cleveland.
